At the heart of the M12D2 is a massive quad stack 200mm motor structure paired with a 3 inch 4 layer aluminum voice coil wound on a thick aluminum former. The M Series also incorporates Sundown’s proprietary PG linear suspension and an internal aluminum shorting ring to reduce inductive distortion and improve overall clarity.
