At Big Jeff Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound system upgrade. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unopened condition.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for functionality and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
