At the core of the M15D1 is a quad stack 200mm motor structure paired with a 3 inch 4 layer aluminum voice coil wound on a thick aluminum former. This advanced coil design allows an impressive 35mm one way linear excursion while maintaining thermal stability during high power operation.

The M Series incorporates Sundown’s proprietary PG linear suspension and an internal aluminum shorting ring to reduce inductive distortion and improve clarity.
